Tasks Consumed

I have created two workflows, send WhatsApp messages and to test it was editing it to send different messages/templates.
Now it says your free 100 tasks have been consumed, please reset my free counter for the tasks, and also show us the link where you show the tasks consumed counter.
The application of 360Dialog which tests the validity of WhatsApp is also not showing in the app, as shown in the video. How to bulk check the WhatsApp numbers?
