The response is not capturing in the pabbly connect when someone makes a payment in the razorpay.

Thanks for reaching out. If the Razorpay response is not being captured in Pabbly Connect when a payment is made, it usually means Pabbly Connect is not receiving the webhook event from Razorpay. Please verify the following:

1. Copy the Webhook URL: Open your workflow in Pabbly Connect, expand the Razorpay trigger step, and copy the Webhook URL.

2. Add/verify the webhook in Razorpay: Log in to your Razorpay Dashboard and go to Account & Settings > Webhooks. Ensure the Webhook URL matches the one copied from Pabbly Connect. If it is missing or incorrect, click Add New Webhook and paste the exact URL.

3. Select the event: Under Active Events, make sure payment.captured is checked, then save the webhook.

4. Re-capture the response: With the Pabbly Connect trigger step waiting for a response, make a fresh test payment. Razorpay will then send the payload to Pabbly Connect and your fields will auto-populate so they can be mapped in later steps.

Please note that payments made before the webhook was configured will not be captured retroactively — only new payments after setup will be captured.
