There's an error in my workflow.

I just created a workflow to collect emails and contacts from carrd to my birdsend email account but it's not reflecting on my contact list

how do I clear this?

It seems that this task failed because the email had already been captured in BirdSend was entered again. It was successful the first time but failed during the second attempt.

However, the workflow functions perfectly afterwards. Please ensure that no emails are duplicated in the capture process. Monitor your workflow for a while and inform us if any issues persist.
