Thinkific Search doesn't find user (that clearly exists)

Hi there,

I'm building a workflow to
  • enroll user to a course when a certain tag is added in Convertkit (trigger)
  • if the user hasn't yet registered, an account is created, otherwise just enrolled
  • for that I use the search step (by email) with a router filtered by the search result
Strangely the Search results in a mistaken 'Record not found' while there is clearly a user (my test account) by that email.
Step 1 - pulling data from Convertkit after the tag - works.
Step 2 - Search uses the email from there. I removed all the other search options.

Can you please help sorting it out?
Thank you!

Tom

Thank you it works now. Very odd thought, that it is one or the other in different functions while we use custom domain.

Another pickle is that once the user is created I can't enroll him/er the next step as user ID is required instead of email. So I have to add another search step for the freshly created user.
