trigger checks data only every 10 min???

Hi Everybody!

I am super frustrated, that my facebook leads are being forwarded only every 10 mins. The goal is to call them after max 5 mins, they filled out the lead form. This is impossible, if my client or me just get the info delayed by 10 min. How can I change this to direct forwarding? (see picture)

I am grateful for any help!!
