We have checked your Pabbly Chatflow dashboard and confirmed that your WhatsApp number +91 9220828009 is already successfully connected and showing an Active status.
The error message, "MagnetBrains LLC cannot onboard customers at this time," appears to be related to Meta's Embedded Signup process, which prevents a phone number that is already active and linked to an existing WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) from being onboarded again.
To verify the connection from our end, we also initiated the Sync, Subscribe, and Register process by clicking the three-dot menu beside your reported WhatsApp number. Additionally, we sent a test message to your number, which is still available in your Pabbly Chatflow Inbox under the name "Pabbly Test." We request you to kindly check the message from your end and confirm whether you are able to receive and view it successfully.
Since your number is already connected and active within Pabbly Chatflow, you do not need to complete the onboarding process again. You can directly use this number to send messages and broadcasts through your dashboard.
If you intended to connect an additional WhatsApp number, kindly initiate the Embedded Signup process using a new phone number that is not already linked to an existing WhatsApp Business Account.
