Anjali Gupta — Question ·
Hi - it shows on Pabbly that the workflow has linked my Meta lead to the Google Sheet I wanted but the new entries are not updating on my sheet. This is causing a lot of issues with data collection.

Please help.

Hello Anjali,

Thank you for sharing the details and the workflow URL.

We checked the workflow and noticed that your Google Sheets connection has expired, which is why the workflow is showing errors and the new entries are not being added to your sheet.

We recommend opening the workflow and going to the Google Sheets action. Click on the Connected button and either update the existing connection or create a new Google Sheets connection. Once the connection is updated, please select the new/updated connection in both the relevant Google Sheets actions.

We also recommend updating the connection in any other workflows where the same expired Google Sheets connection is being used, to avoid facing similar issues there.

Once the connection is updated, please test the workflow again and let us know if you still face any issues.

Hi Anjali,

The reason your workflow shows as connected but new entries are not updating on your Google Sheet tracks back to the authentication block visible in your Meta screenshot.

Even if the Pabbly mapping looks active, Meta has dropped the webhook session token due to an authorization mismatch (as shown by the error: "You can't log in with this Instagram account. Try using a Facebook account..."). Until this handshake is re-verified, Meta's live data streams will not release new payload data to your trigger.

To resolve this sync failure immediately, you can check these specific points:

Main Profile Mapping: Ensure the Instagram Professional account is fully linked inside the Facebook Page Settings under 'Linked Accounts' first. If you try to authorize the automation flow directly via Instagram without the primary linked Facebook credentials, Meta's API security block will freeze the connection.

Meta Lead Access Permissions: Go to your Facebook Business Suite > Integrations > Lead Access. Make sure the workflow tool you are using has explicit permissions granted to download and stream data from that specific ad form.

Test with Lead Ads Testing Tool: Use Meta's official Developer Lead Ads Testing Tool to force a dummy trigger array. It will instantly tell you if the webhook endpoint is dropping the connection or if the authentication key has expired.

As a workflow automation and API architecture expert, I handle these data mapping and token authorization loops daily.

If your connection continues to drop after checking the page link settings, reply back here with the type of business page access you hold. I would be happy to help you map out the exact fix right here in the comments.

Thanks
