How can I resolve the error that occurs when generating a task?

Hi, I am experiencing problems generating PDFs for my invoices and other projects. Example: If I generate 10 invoices, it will only generate 5. And sometimes none are generated as PDFs, only as Google Docs. Could you help me solve this issue? I have an attachment; please review. Thank you.

We understand that when generating PDFs for your invoices and projects, only some are produced as PDFs (for example, 5 out of 10) while others are generated as Google Docs or not at all.

We suggest that instead of using "Legacy", please use "Upload a file", then try running it and let us know if faced any issues.
