Unable to select Template - WhatsApp Cloud API

I am not able to select Template in the Connect window. How to populate template here? I tried typing but it didn't worked.

I have so many templates in WhatsApp console (I have created new one's and have got approved as well. But none of these templates are appearing in these listings.

Hey @snadeemshaikh

It appears that you might not have connected your WhatsApp Cloud API accordingly and because of that, you are not getting the name of the templates in the action step.

Please reconnect your WhatsApp Cloud API account and try again.
