Hi,
I am trying to send automated message to FB leads.
I have connected FB lead form and interakt and trying to send a template which has a video header.

In pabbly, it asked to give a URL for the video. However, the video was already in the temaple. I then uploaded the video in Youtube and gave the youtube url.

In Pabbly, I got success message that the message is qued to be sent via interakt, however in Interakt I got message that "Unsupported Video mime type text/html. Please use one of video/3gpp, video/mp4."

Please help me.
