Unable to sync catalog from meta to what app

Unable to sync catalog from meta to what app number, I have been trying this from last 1 months. since customer support is not able to help on this.
All the setting are as per the video given. Even the on chat flow it shows the catalog is sync but nothing gets loaded.
Is any one using this feature or its just a fraud from the pabbly team to get subscription.
