So ... there was a billing mix up with my account. And it's all sorted now, but in the dashboard it used to say Unlimited Tasks .... but ... now it says "12000". I asked the customer support person, and she says they've never offered a package with Unlimitied Tasks ... I don't understand. Does anyone know what is happening? I don't want to challenge her on it - cause she knows the business better than I, but ... honestly .. it used to say 'Unlimited'.
