Updated subscription but unable to generate new tasks

Hi there! I ran out of the free tasks so I just upgraded and am still unable to regenerate the tasks that did not run. Please advise. Thanks!
I keep getting this message:

TASK CONSUMED​

Your allotted task has been consumed.
Please upgrade your subscription immediately to continue running your workflows.
