Urgent: Email Campaigns Going to Spam/Promotions Instead of Primary Inbox

Sidharth Parmar — Question ·

Hello Pabbly Support Team,

I recently launched an email campaign through Pabbly Email Marketing, but I noticed that most of the emails are being delivered to the Spam, Promotions, or Social folders instead of the Primary Inbox.

I am planning to launch email marketing campaigns in bulk, so email deliverability is very important for me.

Could you please check my account/domain/email sending setup and help me improve the deliverability so that the emails sent through Pabbly have the highest possible chance of reaching the recipients’ Primary Inbox instead of Spam or Promotions?

Please also check whether there are any issues with:

  • SPF, DKIM, or DMARC authentication

  • Sender/domain reputation

  • Email sending configuration

  • IP reputation

  • Any other settings required from my side to improve inbox placement

If any changes are required, please guide me step-by-step so I can configure everything correctly.

This is quite urgent as I am planning to start bulk email campaigns soon.

Please review this issue and reply to me as soon as possible.

Regards,
Sidharth

Hello Sidharth,

We checked your account and found that you are currently using the Pabbly Send With Us delivery server.

Please note that Send With Us is a shared delivery server. Because email deliverability on a shared setup depends on the combined sending behavior and overall list quality of all users using that server, inbox placement can vary, and no provider can guarantee 100% Primary Inbox delivery.

For high-volume or urgent bulk campaigns, we strongly recommend connecting a professional delivery server/SMTP such as Amazon SES, SendGrid, or Mailgun.
