Yet again I am held up/hampered by broken systems!

I have an UNLIMITED PEM account - this means I can add as many subscribers as I wish. Thats what I pay for.
I allocated 200000 subscribers to the MADTIDE business under my control panel. (See screenshot)
I just paid to verify 50,000 emails with PEV. 31,000 passed as deliverable.
I just tried to add these 31,000 emails to my PEM (MADTIDE) business.
I am being told that I cannot add more than 25000??????
WHY??????
I have an UNLIMITED PEM account!
Why is it that at every turn I get blocked or hampered by this platform!
I want you to do three things.
1. Fix any restrictions or problems so that even I uploaded 1 million emails I am not going to hit any limits anywhere and I suggest strongly that you test this before handing it back to me.
2. I would recommend that you credit me for one month of membership for all the issues, blockers and delays that your broken systems have caused me and all the time I have to spend writing out support tickets for things that should not be broken.
3. I want an absolute guarantee from you in writing in this ticket that you have fixed any and all issues surrounding limits in all of my businesses within my Pabbly account so that you guarantee that if I do hit the same issues again and provide screenshots you agree that I do not pay any subscritption for that month because I am not a paid support technician for you people and my time is very valuable - I use these systems to do BUSINESS and all that happens is that every time I try to do business using your platform it doesn't work - therefore this should cost YOU money the same it costs me MONEY! So I want that guarantee from you - if I am delayed because something is broken then I don't pay for that month - you refund it to me! This way you will feel the cost to my business at the same time as me.
