Urgent: Pabbly Connect Credits Not Renewed – Priority Support Required

Hi Pabbly Connect Support Team,

I wanted to check regarding our Pabbly Connect credits. Our credits usually renew on the 24th of each month, but it is now the 25th and the new credits have still not been added to our account.

Could you please check this and let me know when we can expect the credits to be renewed?

Additionally, if we need to purchase some additional credits urgently, could you please let me know where we can purchase them and what the process is?

This is quite urgent as we are currently affected by the lack of credits, so I would appreciate it if you could mark this as a priority and respond as soon as possible.

Since your account is on the Pabbly Connect Ultimate (One-Time Payment / Lifetime) plan, your task credits do not renew on the purchase date (24th). For all lifetime plan accounts, task credits automatically reset on the 1st of every month.

Your existing monthly tasks will automatically reset and replenish on September 1st.

If you require additional tasks immediately before September 1st, you can purchase an extra Pabbly Connect plan (monthly or yearly) from our Pricing Page. Tasks from newly added plans stack directly on top of your account so your workflows can resume right away.
