Urgent Request to Adjust Chatflow Upgrade Amount Towards Pabbly Connect Plan

I would like to request your assistance regarding a subscription upgrade that was made by mistake.

We already have an active Pabbly Connect yearly plan. However, while upgrading, I accidentally upgraded the Pabbly Chatflow plan instead of upgrading or adding the required resources to our Pabbly Connect account.

Could you please let us know if the amount paid for the Chatflow upgrade can be adjusted or transferred towards our Pabbly Connect subscription? We would like to continue with Pabbly Connect and avoid maintaining an upgraded Chatflow plan that we do not currently require.

As this is impacting our ongoing work, I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and processed on an urgent basis.
