Hello @hartamas,

It appears that your connection method is set to manual token. Please refer to the attached tutorial and ensure that the setup on developer.facebook.com is completed correctly.

Thanks, now I am able to see the received message from user.
But, another issue: why the message sent to the user is not showing in Inbox?

Hello @hartamas,

Thanks for reaching out to us. If you have sent the message to the user via mobile, those messages wouldn't be visible under Pabbly Chatflow chat.
