Webhook Connection for Gravity Forms not receiving response until reloading response in the setting

My Gravity Form integrating is constantly having this issue where the responses are not receiving into the Workflow until we try reloading the response (the one in the image, on the right of Response B) in the Gravity Forms setting of the Workflow and submitting a new form.

Hey @searchmediasg

After looking into the edit log of your workflow, it appears that you disabled the workflow once manually, and then enabled it later.

Since the workflow is enabled, all the submissions are getting through and it is visible in the task history.

Please monitor your workflow for a while and let us know if the issue still persists.
 
Hi @Luv, thank you for your reply.

We disable and enable the workflow when we trying to figure out why is the workflow not running. The issue has happened before the disable.

In fact, it's still happening now:
A test submission is submitted on the Gravity Forms.

But the workflow history shows that there is no new tasks since 28th of June.

If the responses are not getting to Pabbly Connect at all, please set up a new webhook in your Gravity Forms account. Please refer to this video for more instructions -


Let us know if you face any issues after making the changes.
 
Hi @Luv,

Thank you for the guide. We've tried creating a new workflow but the issue persists. However, we tried it again based on the guide you've provided. The workflow still having issue.

At first we thought there were some delays in running the workflow as we received the first 4 submission in bulk with delays, and the 5th in another delay. But we never receive any other submission after 10:41am even though there were 2 new submissions.

It seems that creating a new workflow doesn't resolve the issue.
