Webhook not fetching properly

Latest update - Problem solved.
I noticed my form on my landing page sends the wrong webhooks. When it was sent to a thank you page, it'll show normalized field but when it was sent to an e-commerce page it'll show payload.

When I use re-capture webhook response with or without simple response, it fetch its field as 'fields normalized' but, the first time I send manually via form it'll go through, when i start implementing workflows, the first successfully setup workflow will fail to work because it fetches as 'payload'.

Anyone please help?

Let us know if you need any further assistance. Further for your reference, we don't manipulate the webhook data from our end in any way. Whatever data the application sends to us, we simply show that in the webhook response.
