Whatsapp Cloud API template list is not populating

I have the same problem where the template list is not getting populated after connecting the Whatsapp cloud API. I tried hard refresh, creating new connections. But nothing seems to work.

Please refer to this tutorial for setting up the connection with WhatsApp Cloud API using a permanent access token -

While setting up, we request you to record your screen and share the recording with us if the issue persists. This will help us analyze the problem more effectively.

Additionally, we recommend using the "Send Template Message (Beta)" action instead of "Send Template Message." To assist you, we have attached a short video explaining how to use this action. Thanks. This worked and it's now able to pull the template names.

However when I test it, it seems to be sending the message but it does not get received at the specified number.

Hello @ckg,

The API response confirms that the message has been successfully sent. However, if the message is not being received, we recommend reaching out to Meta Support for further assistance. Since the API response appears correct, everything is functioning as expected from Pabbly’s end. The issue likely originates from WhatsApp’s side.
