WhatsApp display name never appears — name_status NON_EXISTS, number not verified

Hi,
My WhatsApp number connected through Pabbly Chatflow works fine —
sending and receiving normally, quality rating GREEN — but the
display name never appears. Recipients only see the raw phone number.
I checked the number via Graph API and found:
verified_name : (set correctly)
name_status : NON_EXISTS
code_verification_status : NOT_VERIFIED
is_pin_enabled : false
platform_type : CLOUD_API
status : CONNECTED
account_mode : LIVE
quality_rating : GREEN
search_visibility : NON_VISIBLE
The WABA itself is fine — account_review_status is APPROVED, and it
is owned by my own Meta-verified business. Pabbly is the only app
subscribed to this WABA.
Per Meta's registration documentation, a number requires (a) verified
ownership and (b) two-step verification enabled. Both are missing on
my number, which I believe is why no display name review record
exists at all.
Since Pabbly is the Tech Provider that registered this number, I
cannot run the verification or re-registration myself without
risking the integration.
Could you please:
1. Complete the phone number ownership verification
2. Enable two-step verification (set a PIN)
3. Re-register the number so the display name certificate is issued
Note: this may be related to the Meta BSUID migration — I see another
Chatflow thread reporting BSUID-only identity issues. My verified name
went to NONE around Aug 24 at the same time a username was reserved
on my account.
