Not Ablt to add team member in Pabbly Chatflow ?

The "Couldn't add the team member. Please try again." error usually occurs when the invitee's Pabbly account is not fully set up. Please follow these steps:

1. Ask the team member to create a Pabbly account using the exact email address you want to add: Pabbly Sign Up

2. Ask them to log in to Pabbly Chatflow once to initialize the account.

3. Try adding them again from Settings → Team Members. If the issue persists, try using an incognito/private window or clear your browser cache.

Once added, assign the required role (Admin or Viewer). The team member can then log in with their own Pabbly account and click Access Now on the shared number.

If the issue still persists, please share the exact email address you're trying to add so we can check it further from our end.
