How can i solve (#131048) message failed to send, problem

Hi ami am a new user in pabbly , i made a broadcast campaigning through whatsapp by Pabbly my 90% + message not successfully send

Failed due to Meta policy.

- Your WhatsApp Business number's quality rating has dropped, or too many previous messages were flagged as spam.

Since you are seeing a high failure rate on a new broadcast, we recommend the following:

1. Avoid re-sending the same template repeatedly to non-responsive contacts, and space out your broadcasts.
2. Use varied, relevant, and engaging template content rather than generic promotional text.
3. Send only to opted-in recipients who are likely to engage, to protect your quality score.
4. Validate that the numbers are active WhatsApp users before importing.
