I’m facing an issue where the pricing I enter in the pricing form is not being reflected in the leads I receive. The pricing information is also not appearing in my Google Sheet or in the email notifications.

1. Are you using Pabbly Form Builder for the form, and Pabbly Connect to send the data to Google Sheets and email? Please confirm the exact products involved.

2. A screenshot of the form's pricing field configuration, along with a sample lead entry showing the missing pricing.

3. If a workflow is involved, the workflow URL so we can review the field mapping. Please note that to assist you effectively, we may need to access your account. If you're comfortable with this, kindly grant permission by stating in your reply: "You have my permission to log into my account and review the setup if required. Here is the registered email address associated with it."

One quick thing to check on your side: please verify that the pricing field is correctly mapped in the action step, since unmapped fields will result in blank cells that can look like missing data.

Once we have these details, we can trace where the pricing value is being dropped and get back to you with our findings.

Yes, we are using the same setup. We are using Pabbly Form Builder, then the data is sent to email and Google Sheets, and after that we use the CRM integration/code. This is the setup we are currently using.

Hi Pabbly Team,

We’re using Pabbly Connect for our Meta Lead Ads integration, where leads are being sent from Meta to Google Sheets and our CRM.

We’re facing an issue where Meta Leads Center is showing the correct and updated lead data, but Pabbly Connect is sometimes sending different or old data to Google Sheets and the CRM.

For example:

• Meta Leads Center shows the budget as ₹3.02 Cr Onwards, but Google Sheets is receiving the old value ₹3.79 Cr All-in.

• In some cases, the Budget field is receiving Configuration data instead of the actual budget value.

• Some leads are visible in Meta Leads Center but are not reaching Google Sheets or our CRM at all.

Also, we are not using a Form Builder. We are using the Meta Lead Ads Instant Form directly.

  • Leads where you are seeing data discrepancies or incorrect field mapping (e.g., budget showing ₹3.79 Cr All-in or configuration data instead of ₹3.02 Cr Onwards).

  • Leads visible in Meta Leads Center that are missing from your Google Sheet/CRM.

Once we have the workflow URL and specific lead details, we will inspect your workflow setup and trace why the data mismatch or drop is occurring.
