Chatflow — incoming messages with BSUID-only identity

Could you please share the Chat ID where the AI Assistant didn't work? Also, are these messages appearing in your Inbox?

chat is not stored in chatflow inbox

Thank you for confirming that the BSUID messages are not appearing in your Inbox. We have forwarded this concern to our technical team for further investigation. We will get back to you once we receive an update from them.

We checked this with our technical team, and they confirmed that the webhook is receiving a contacts section, but it does not contain the actual contact information. As per Meta’s latest changes, this section now appears to provide username information instead.

Currently, Pabbly Chatflow does not support this information. As a result, these messages are not visible in the Inbox, and the AI Assistant is unable to respond to them.

Our team plans to add support for this information in a future update.
