Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the screenshots.
After checking the account [email hidden], where the number +91 9884811711 is connected, we tried to sync the number. However, we received the following error:
Facebook API Error (401): Error validating application. Application has been deleted.
We also found that the number was connected using the Manual Token method, and the token is associated with a Meta application under your Facebook account. It appears that the Meta application associated with the number is no longer available/deleted.
This is preventing the WhatsApp number from syncing properly, which is why your WhatsApp message templates and broadcasts are showing in a pending state.
Please check your Meta account to confirm whether the number is still connected. Also, verify whether the number is connected to an active application under Facebook Developers:
