User replies are not showing on Chat & Flows are not working

Recently, ive not able to see the user replies in pabbly chat & importantly all the flows are not working.
Please check the screenshot attached & help me to solve asap.

We just subscribed to the webhook notifications for the number. Incoming messages have started being received, and the flows are also responding accordingly. Please test on your end.
