The broadcast is not being sent to all contacts; after the campaign goes live, the broadcast reaches only some contacts while others do not receive it.

Thanks for contacting us.

As we checked your account, you are currently on the free plan, in which you get 100 credits for testing. You have already used 73 credits out of 100. When you tried to send the broadcast to a oversized list of 675 the system ignored the request as the number of credits and contacts selection as not as per the available limitations.
