Workflow is failing without reason

I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.

its whatsapp step is failing, in history it shows 1st trigger webhook than whatsapp button, where as inbetween there is json extractor step is there. am unable to understand problem that why it is not sending whatsapp and email?

Hi @Parth,

If your template was created after March 2025, try using the “WhatsApp Cloud API: Send Template Message (New)” action step instead of the legacy version and see if that resolves your issue and allows you to send the template message.

As for the Gmail action step, the issue appears to be connection-related. Please establish a new connection with your Gmail account and see if that fixes the issue.
