workflow not running

my workflow that gets initiated when a new entry is made to google sheets is not running. i can send a manual request in google sheets via the extensions tab, but its not running on its own

Please check the following in your Google Sheet:
Go to Extensions and check whether “Send on Event” is enabled.
If it is already enabled and the workflow is still not triggering automatically, please try reconnecting the Google Sheets connection in Pabbly Connect and test again.
