Hey @Parth

As we can see from your workflow, you are getting responses from your WhatsApp Cloud API correctly.

Further, If the end user did not initiate the conversation with your WhatsApp - you must use a "Send Template Message" action instead. Once, the user started a conversation with your WhatsApp then, only you can use this action step.

End user has initiated all transaction, so above should be working, but not working, in pabbly it is showing success but not getting delivery. @Supreme

Hey @Parth

As we have stated earlier that please use the " WhatsApp Cloud API: Send Template Message" action step instead of "WhatsApp Cloud API : Send Text Message" action step.

Since the end user did not initiate the conversation with your WhatsApp - you must use a "Send Template Message" action instead. Once, the user started a conversation with your WhatsApp.
