Workflow triggering two times in a row.

I have created a WhatsApp order confirmation by webhook from WooCommerce. Now my case, whenever a new prepaid order received the workflow is sending message to the number two times. Why ?

mine too, four times in a row and my consumed task is also 4x.
Formaloo (new entry form) --->>Agiled (create contact)
