Julian Mills β€” Question Β·
I was recently notified by Pabbly (email) that the Xero workflow integration was being depreciated and to switch to Xero (Developer) by 3rd September - which I did. Now when I look at the workflow it says this too has been depreciated. Why ????? Check my workflow   "HighLevel Subscription Billing "

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to Pabbly Support.

We checked your workflow β€œHighLevel Subscription Billing” and found that you have configured the Xero (Developer) app that has been deprecated, while the regular Xero app is still available. We understand the confusion, as you have mentioned that you were previously advised to switch to Xero (Developer). We have also attached a screenshot for your reference.

To continue running your workflow without any issues, we kindly request that you switch the Xero (Developer) action back to the regular Xero action. If you need any assistance while making this change, please let us know.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi Shekh

OK I see now. After the initial email saying to switch to the Xero (Developer) by the 3rd of September Pabbly then sent out another email on the 2nd September to say you have changed your mind and things were staying as they were. I had already spent considerable time implementing the change and when I saw the update on the 2nd Sept I natually assumed the email was irrelevant as I had already applied the fix.

So now I have to spend a few hours switching everything back.

Hi Julian,

Unfortunately, yes β€” you will need to switch the action back from Xero (Developer) to the regular Xero app, as the Xero (Developer) integration has now been deprecated.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by the earlier communication. We completely understand that you had already spent considerable time making the change based on our initial email, and that the subsequent update led you to reasonably believe that no further action was required.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and for the additional time you now need to spend reverting the changes. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Thanks and Regards,
