We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We were experiencing issues with responses from polling-based triggers, but this issue has now been resolved. We have added a few test comments to the video and the workflow got triggered and replies are been sent to the added comments, refer to the attached for more info.
We kindly request that you check this on your end and let us know if you are still facing any concerns. If so, we will investigate further and provide a suitable resolution.
