I’m having an issue with how responses are being returned compared to before. Previously, the response format was “simple” (already extracted), but now everything is coming back wrapped in an array, even after my selection:

When I try to manually extract values using the Pabbly extractor, I run into character limit issues. The previous solution using the simple format worked perfectly for me.

It seems the issue might be due to the browser cache. Kindly try the following steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache and refresh the page.
  2. Open the specific action step and select Response Format = Simple.
  3. Click Save & Send Test Request again.
Please let us know if the issue still persists.

Wow clearing cache worked! Thank you, but it still does not explain why it happened on an older workflow that I have not touched in a while. I still have some mild concerns on this.

Thank you for the confirmation. We’re glad to hear the issue is resolved now. Could you please confirm whether the older workflow you’re referring to was created in the New UI? Also, please share the workflow URL.
