Adding all items to Xero Invoice

Hello there,

I have set up a Shopify to Xero connection following the below video and the data transfers fine.

However, only one item gets added to the Xero invoice, even if the customer purchased multiple products.
How can I add new lines for every item a customer purchases?

Hey @krisztian

Regarding your concern, you should use the Line Itemizer action step, which will process all the line items at once in a single comma-separated value.

For a better understanding, you can refer to the following video tutorial.

Thank you very much for getting back, I've set up the Line Itemazier and waiting for a multi-item order to see if I got it right.
Could you please also let me know if it is possible to somehow add the discount amount data to the invoice as a line item with a negative amount like this:

Thank you for getting back, sure, our account email is [email protected], and the name of the workflow is "MWF Shopify to Xero".
We are trying to add a discount (Ie coupon code is used) as an item to the Xero invoices like the above screenshot, but not sure how to achieve that. Thank you for your help.

I have another question related to line items in Xero, please.
Could you please tell me if it was possible to have a Shopify order like this one:

And instead of adding one item to the invoice as the current state of our Pabbly workflow does and have one line item on the Xero invoice for each SKU listed in the order like this one below:

Sure, thank you for that, please let me know once that's available and we'll finalise our Shopify to Xero integrations then.
Meanwhile, could you please let me know if it was possible to itemise Shopify product bundles (created with Dynamic Product Options) so each SKU in the bundle is a separate line item in Xero?
In the below example, you can see that the product bundle has 7 SKU's and some of those SKU's are multiple (2x or 3X):

We checked the Xero API documentation and there is not possible to arrange the SKU in such an order.

Thank you for checking and for letting me know. Would we be able to work around it by importing the data to a Google Sheet first and then send the data from a Google Sheet to Xero to create the invoice with separate line items for each SKU on the invoice?

Hey @krisztian

If we import the data to Google Sheets first and then send the data back to Xero as well then also you will not get the data in the order you specified. The data is showing as per API documents shared by Xero only. We can't modify it any further.
