single automation consuming multiple tasks

Hello,

my account [email protected] has a WhatsApp automation that receives messages and reply automatically. The automation name is WHATSAPP AUTOMATIC RESPONSE TO WHATSAPP. that automation spends 3 task everytime is executed even though it's a single automation. please help me revise it and see what is going on. I tried redoing the automation from scratch multiple times but it does not seem to work

I followed the instructions but still keep consuming 3 tasks every time it runs. Can you help me check it?

Please try the filter action step after the trigger event once to avoid sending the same message to multiple times if the number is not present.
