Issue Sending Template Messages

I am facing an issue while trying to send the template message to a few customers. Although the message is successfully delivered to some, it fails for others.

This task was assigned to me by my manager, and despite multiple attempts, I’m unable to identify the root cause of the issue. I would appreciate your guidance or support in resolving this.

Upon thoroughly reviewing the issue, we found the following:
  • The "Message undeliverable" error appears for inbox chats where the phone number is not connected to a WhatsApp account.
    Example chats: [insert examples here, if any].
  • For numbers that are connected to WhatsApp, the following error is being returned:
    "In order to maintain a healthy ecosystem engagement, the message failed to be delivered."
    This error typically indicates platform-level restrictions.

New accounts receive 100 credits upon signup. Is an active subscription required to start messaging members, or can these credits be used for that purpose?
