    That's great, thank you. In that case, can you please add "User ID" as an option (alongside Email Address) when selecting Gist > Fetch A Contact as the Action step, so we can choose which we'd like to use?

    With the Gist connection, we have an Action to "Fetch a Contact" but we can only do so using the Email. Gist generates "cf_id" numbers for each contact (e.g. to track them when they visit a website). Can we Fetch a Contact using the cf_id number, instead of email?

    Ah, ok. Thanks for the quick response. That workflow works 90% of the time (always with the same link) so it's just odd that sometimes it doesn't. But no worries; I can't make that link publicly accessible as it has sensitive data, but at least I know what the error means now!
