Please ensure that you continue to maintain good...

Thank you for the clarification and for sharing the screenshot. Since this is your own Meta Business Portfolio and your profile already has “Full Control - Everything” access, the issue is likely not related to Business Manager permissions.
In such cases, the error “You don't have access. This...
The WhatsApp API connection setup is done directly from within Pabbly Chatflow itself. During the connection process, you will be redirected to Meta, where you simply log in with the relevant Facebook account and grant the required permissions. So, you generally do not need to manually configure...
To optimize chatbot flows and reduce unnecessary credit consumption, we would recommend the following best practices:
Keep the flow structure simple and avoid unnecessary loops or repeated message steps.
Use buttons, quick replies, and list messages wherever possible instead of open-ended AI...

Hi @Hasan Jubair,
Currently, there is no filter option or workaround that allows you to check for active contacts from the past 3 months. If you would like this contact filter condition to be added to Pabbly Chatflow, you can submit your request on our dedicated platform...

The issue you encountered was due to attempting to create a list with the same name as an existing segment. Please note that list and segment names must be unique—you cannot create both with the same name. We have updated the error message to help avoid this confusion.
Thanks & Regards,

The issue appears to be related to moving the segment while creating a new list at the same time. We have escalated this concern to our technical team.
In the meantime, we suggest that you first create a new list, and then move the segment to that existing list. This should help you move the...
If you have excluded a list during the sending process, any emails that overlap with the segment will not receive the email and will be deducted from the segment count. Additionally, bounced emails are also excluded. Therefore, the final count may differ from the total number of contacts in your...

We have added a Filter as step 2 of your workflow. This will ensure that the comment is posted when the content is actually published at the scheduled time, rather than when the post is initially created (scheduled for later). This should resolve the double comment issue...
Please note that both posts for which we shared the task history contain the same message. As you mentioned, the post was made on 24 April 2026 at 15:34 and again at 18:00, so the same post will trigger your workflow twice and the post will receive two comments.
Thanks & Regards,
Arshil Ahmad...
