How to Access the Activity Log?​

To access the Activity log from your Pabbly Subscription Billing account, navigate to 'Settings' and click on 'Activity Log' as shown below.

Terms used in the 'Activity Log'​

1. Date/Time: This column displays the exact date and time when the activity recorded. It helps you track the chronological order of events.

2. Actor: The "Actor" column indicates who performed the action. It shows the username or identifier of the user responsible for the activity.

3. Event Source: In this column, you can identify the source of the event. It provides information about the area or module within Pabbly Subscription Billing where the activity took place.
  • USER: If the main account holder or any team member makes any changes, they will be recorded under the 'User' option.
  • API: If the changes are made through the API.
  • CUSTOMER: If any changes are made by the customer from the customer/client portal.

4. Action: The "Action" column describes the specific action or operation that was performed. This helps you understand the nature of the event.

5. Event Data: This column provides additional data associated with the activity. Depending on the type of action, it may include relevant details, such as customer names, subscription IDs, or any other relevant information.
