I have successfully uploaded my support PDF/knowledge repo to the AI Assistant. However, the assistant is not giving replies based on the document. Instead, every time it responds with the fallback message.
I want the assistant to first check the support document/knowledge repo and reply from there. Only if no relevant answer is found, then it should use the fallback message.
Could you please guide me on how to configure this properly so that the uploaded support document is prioritized for answers, and fallback is triggered only when nothing matches?
