Upon checking your account, it appears that due to the chat rule, the ticket status is changing from Intervened to Open after a day. This seems to be the reason why all your tickets are moving back to the Open status.
Upon checking the team queue, it appears that the chats are being marked under the correct statuses. However, we recommend monitoring both the chat status and the activity log to better understand whether any chats are being reopened as Open after previously being marked with another status.
