Bounce rate above threshold — Gmail rejecting with 550 5.7.40 DMARC alignment error

Hi Pabbly Support,
Our bounce rate was near zero on previous campaigns and is now above the
threshold.
The bounces are coming back from Gmail with this error:
smtp;550 5.7.40 Your email has been blocked because the From: header
(RFC5322) in this message isn't aligned with either the authenticated SPF
