Can - Text formater : Split based on 2 values? A or B?

Can the Pabbly text formater be used to split both strings below?

Text to Split: # OR &

apples#bananas
peaches&apples

Wanted result:
bananas
apples

Any help is appreciated!

Hi everyone,
What would be the correct way of using the text formatter to convert 09:00:00 to 09:00? I tried splitting the ":00", but in this case, it returns 09. If the time is 09:15:00, 09:50:00, 09:30:00, etc - it works, because it takes only the last 2 zeros, but I can't figure our how to get rid of the seconds. I tried using ALL of the available segment text options with :00, but so far, no luck...
