Cannot create new plan - page goes blank

I'm unable to create a new plan in Pabbly Payments. Whenever I click "Create Plan," the page goes completely blank.

Here's what I've tried so far:
- Different browser
- Incognito mode

Same issue in all cases. When I open the browser console, I can see errors showing up. I recorded a short video showing the problem, including the console output:
