Chargebee API Operation and parameters

Hi,

Chargebee support are trying to help me resolve an issue with the action event "Create Subscriptions", which is resulting in an error shown below:

Message: This API operation is not enabled for this site. Please contact [email protected] to get this enabled
Api Error Code: configuration_incompatible
Error Code: api_restricted
Error Msg: This API operation is not enabled for this site. Please contact [email protected] to get this enabled
Http Status Code: 400

They have said "Could you please share the API used and the parameter passed that was used to perform this action?". I don't know what they are on about and have provided answers which must not be correct because they keep replying with a similar response each time.

Can you please help here?

Hey @nolabelstudios

As we can see from your workflow, the Chargebee: Create a Customer action step seems working fine.

Also try avoiding passing the submission ID, if the customer is new, perhaps it might generate the ID automatically.
