Chat API - 360 dialog Whatsapp integration

hello, I am creating a Workflow to send whatsapp messages to those who fill out my form created on the jotform platform. My problem is that when I send the whatsapp message, I get this error message: unknown contact

I tried with different numbers (obviously inserting the prefix) but the result doesn't change. Can you help me?

It seems like your Chat API's authentication is failed or might be passed the invalid API key. Kindly re-authorize your Chat API account with the action step and try again.
