Clarification on Classic to New Builder Migration

Hi Bobby,
Thanks for reaching out, and great questions about the Classic to New Builder migration.
1. Yes. If you don't migrate right away, your existing workflows will continue to function normally in the Classic Builder until the deadline. Workflows created in the Classic Builder are not going to disappear or be removed, and all your webhook URLs, triggers, mappings, and filters remain fully operational.
2. The Classic Builder will be retired on December 1, 2026. After that date, any Classic Builder workflows you haven't migrated will be automatically converted to the New Builder as part of the transition. Note that creating brand-new workflows is already only possible in the New Builder.
3. You can safely migrate your workflows to the New Builder, and there should not be any issue or bug with the migration process. You do not need to rebuild or reconfigure your workflows manually. If you do happen to face any unexpected issue with a workflow after migration, just share the details with us and our technical team will check and assist you in resolving it.
To migrate manually at your convenience, you can open a workflow in the Classic Builder and click the Migrate to New Builder button, or use the Bulk Migrate option from the Dashboard to migrate up to 100 workflows at a time. We recommend migrating yourself so you can review the workflows in the New Builder before the deadline.
